Jesse Zeringue is an accomplished leader who brings over three decades of operational and business management experience in the chemical and elastomer industries. His expertise encompasses SBU/P&L management, private equity financing, international marketing, and supply chain management. Jesse excels in driving business development and building long-lasting relationships with customers. With a background in chemistry and an MBA from Louisiana State University, Jesse joined Deltech following prominent roles in major global organizations, where he successfully expanded businesses and entered new markets. Jesse's comprehensive skill set and experience continue to drive Deltech towards sustainable growth and success.

Named one of the top CFOs in the state of Louisiana, Rebecca Henry has been a dedicated member of Deltech since 2002, boasts more than twenty years of industry experience, and possesses a deep understanding of the company's financial landscape. In her role, Rebecca oversees all financial operations, encompassing accounting, tax, audit, and treasury. Her meticulous attention to detail contributes to the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting and forecasting. Rebecca holds both Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Through her continuous dedication and proficiency, Rebecca plays a vital role in upholding Deltech's financial integrity and supporting its long-term success.

With three decades of experience in spearheading process development, Dave drives innovation and progress. His expertise spans various areas such as olefin polymerization, specialty chemical production, biochemical transformation, and biorefining. Throughout his career, Dave has successfully led dynamic teams in new product development and has played a critical role in research & development. He holds a Doctorate in Chemistry and an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo. Dave's extensive knowledge and expertise help to position Deltech for sustained success in the industry.

Jeff Jordan is the Vice President of Purchasing at Deltech, bringing over thirty years of experience in the petrochemical manufacturing industry. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Louisiana State University, Jeff leverages his extensive background in direct and indirect procurement to lead the purchasing team. His exceptional leadership skills ensure cohesive and efficient teamwork towards common goals. Jeff's impressive track record and deep industry understanding make him an invaluable asset to Deltech, preparing the company for continued success.

Stephen (Steve) Isaacs is a dynamic leader at Deltech as of Vice President of Operations. Steve comes to us with nearly 45 years of experience and a proven track record of success in specialty chemical manufacturing. He drives organizations by focusing on optimization, increased efficiencies, and continuous process improvement. Steve’s vision and leadership helps Deltech to achieve the highest level of operational excellence. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.

Gregory Schramm is a highly self-motivated and accomplished executive, renowned for his expertise in management, sales, and purchasing within the specialty chemicals industry. With 13 years of senior management experience and an impressive 24 years of global commercial experience, Greg has proven his ability to drive success and generate profitable growth in strategic markets. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Trinity College-Hartford, demonstrating his multidisciplinary understanding of the industry. He also received his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.

Steven (Steve) McKeown has been a recognized leader in the specialty chemical manufacturing industry for the past 30 years. Overseeing all operations of StanChem, Steve’s vision and leadership enables company growth opportunities and operational excellence. Steve comes to Deltech with remarkable success in the industry.  Prior to StanChem, Steve spent the last 15 years in critical executive level and leadership roles. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnic University.

Claude Dupuis is a critical part of Deltech’s leadership team by providing oversight to the company’s sales & marketing strategy, brand development, value proposition development, relationship management, and business planning. With over 25 years of commercial and operational experience directly related to the Synthetic Polymer and CASE industries, Claude develops long-lasting mutually beneficial business relationships to foster growth of continued partnerships. Claude holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University.

As the Environmental, Health & Safety Director at Deltech, Karen Brignac oversees all EHS regulatory compliance at the Baton Rouge, LA, and Troy, OH facilities, as well as all safety training programs. With over 40 years of EHS experience in both manufacturing and consulting, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, she is an expert in regulatory compliance, safety training, and promoting sustainable practices. Karen is also very active in the Air & Waste Management Association and is currently a director with the Louisiana Section and the Chair of Industry and Nanotechnology Division of the Technical Council.

Adam Gerace is a key pivotal leader at Deltech, overseeing all functions of the company’s human capital. With extensive knowledge in HR, operations, and system implementation, Adam provides strategic guidance in areas such as workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. With over 15 years of HR experience in industries such as healthcare and pipe fabrication, Adam brings a diverse background to Deltech. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Louisiana State University and a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University.
